Exotic entremet cake or mousse cake

This beautiful entremet consist of dacquoise – a nutty and biscuity sponge, crunchy layer, passionfruit & mango confit, vanilla cream insert, passionfruit & mango mousse. The cake is covered in mirror glaze decorated with a mousse heart cake.
