My cake baking journey begun when I was in my early teens. My mum was an excellent teacher, and she taught me how to make a simple cake. I started making cakes my friends and family requested. I loved creating something delicious from scratch and watching the smiles on my friends’ faces when they bit into one of my creations. I loved being able to make someone else’s day better just by providing them with something delicious.

From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to be a professional baker. I wanted to be a chef, creating the best cakes I could and then taking them to my customers. I realised that I needed to learn more about the science and art of baking, and I enrolled in the Baking program at world famous French Culinary & Pastry Art school “Ecole Ducasse”.

After countless hours studying online courses to improve my baking skills and attend one school to another, I decided to leave my boring financial administrator job and open “Tasty Treats” bakery.
