Passion fruit and mango chocolate cake



This cake has a very interesting combination of chocolate, passion fruit coulis and mango cremeux. Covered in soft swiss meringue buttercream.

Size 6 inches – 8-16 portions, size 8 inches – 12-28 portions. Decor may vary.
